摘　　要：质量保证是远程网络教育发展的关键。通过分析网络教学质量保证体系建构的现状及存在的不足,探析科学建构网络教学质量保证体系应注意的问题,并在教育理论视野下进行反思十分必要。Quality assurance is the key to the development of distance network education. By analyzing the status and deficiencies of the network teaching quality assurance system construction, this paper＇aims to probe the problems in the scientific construction of the network teaching quality assurance system and reflect in vision of educational theories.
