论高校内部教育质量保障体系的构建

摘　　要：高校内部教育质量保障体系的构建对提高人才培养质量具有重要意义,但存在内在动力不足、质量标准不够科学、质量监控内容不平衡等问题。高校要找准自己的定位,树立科学的质量观,通过培育良好的校园质量文化氛围、加强制度建设和教师队伍建设等措施,构建更加科学、高效的内部教育质量保障体系。Teaching quality guarantee system in colleges is very important to improve the teaching quality, but there exist the some problems of lack of inherent power, lack of scientific teaching standard, and imbalance of quality control. Universities must find their own location, develop the scientific quality concept, cultivate good cultural atmosphere of the campus, and strengthen the construction of the system and faculty, and build a more scientific and efficient internal guarantee system of teaching quality.
