压电免疫传感器检测食品中C_2型葡萄球菌肠毒素(SE)的研究

摘　　要：采用压电免疫（ＰＥＩ）法固化抗体制作的传感器测定抗原，浓度在１０μｇ／Ｌ～２ｍｇ／Ｌ范围内线性较好。此传感器应用于食品检测，表现出较好的特异性、选择性，不但可以检测Ｃ２型葡萄球菌肠毒素（ＳＥ）。Using the biosensor of immobilization of antibody by Piezoectric Immunosensors (PEI) method,the concentration of antigen was determined.When the concentration of antigen was 10μg/L～2mg/L,the linear response was found.When the sensor was applied to detect type C2 staphylococcus enterotoxin in food,the method was proved with high specificity and selectivity.
