基于实践社区的高校网络教学中的知识共享问题研究

摘　　要：针对高校网络教学活动中存在的知识共享水平较低的问题,文章对高校网络教学实践社区的模型构建、实践社区知识共享水平测量方法、实践社区知识共享激励策略等进行了分析与研究.Aiming at Problems such as low level of knowledge sharing in college on-line educaion activities,this paper describes the corresponding concepts of Community of Practice and its value. Based on this, the planning and construction of Community of Practice model for knowledge sharing in college on-line edueaion ,the measurements of knowledge sharing level and policies of knowledge sharing promotion are illustrated respectively.
