对高职青年教师强化实践锻炼的探析

摘　　要：目前,在高职院校青年教师队伍中,缺少既有理论知识又有高超操作能力者,影响到高职教育的教学质量。对此,需要为青年教师确定合适的实践锻炼时间、建立质量监控体系、制订合理的考核措施、给予教师合理的待遇、付给企业一定的报酬等,以切实提高青年教师实践锻炼的效果,培养实践指导能力过硬的"双师型"教师。There still exist many problems in the aspects of policy, management, and capital, which lead to the unsatisfactory results in developing the young teachers into double-quality teaching staff in higher vocational institutes. To improve the results and cultivate the teachers who are able both in theory and practice, it is necessary to determinate the time and period for the fieldwork, to set up the quality control system and assessment, and provide the young teachers and the enterprises with reasonable treatment.
