摘　　要：在深入分析服务供应链内涵的基础上提出了服务供应链管理的基本模式。从供应链结构、供应链运营模式、供应链稳定性和供应链管理内容几个方面分析了服务供应链模式的特性,并从顾客价值、服务运行绩效、协同发展绩效三个方面构建了一个面向客户的、基于服务过程的、通用有效的服务供应链绩效评价体系。Analyzing the connotation of service supply chain, the paper proposes the basic mode for service supply chain management, discusses its features from the following aspects： structure, operation mode, stability and management contents and establishes a customer-oriented, service process based and effective service supply chain performance evaluation system in the aspects as customer value, service operation performance and doordinated development perforrmance.
