摘　　要：通过发挥实验室的科研优势,对已具备基本实验技能的研究生和高年级本科生开设酿酒生物技术方面的综合实验,可弥补专业单科实验在实验技能教学上的孤立性,加强各门课程之间的内在联系,增强知识的系统性,并大大促进学生综合素质的培养和提高。In order to make full play of scientific research advantages of the Lab, liquor-making biotech general experiments curriculum was offered among postgraduate students and upperclassmen in possession of basic experimental skills, which could make up the isolation of single subject experiments in experimental skills teaching, strengthen the interrelation among all curriculum, perfect knowledge systematicness, and enhance students＇ scientific research capability. （Tran. by YUE Yang）
