摘　　要：采用修订Ｈ·Ｒ神经心理成套测验对白血病人及健康对照组进行测试。结果表明白血病人连线测验、触摸测验、范畴测验及脑损伤指数等各项结果与正常对照均有显著性差异。Leukemia is a malignant hematological disease with high mortality.Just like malignant neoplasia in other organs,leukemia has been threatening and damaging the human life severely.The aim of this study was to explore a possible method Halsted Reitan Neuro Pscychological Test Battery to diagnose earlier the dysfunction of brain in leukemia patients.Sixty adult patients before treatment and 26 normal volunteers were observed in our study.The age,sex and educational level of the two groups were comparable.The results revealed:there were statistically significant difference between male patient and male controls in Trail Making A,Memory for Location and for Figure,Category test and DQ.For female,the statistically significant difference were in Memory for Location and for Figure,Category test and DQ.The results indicate that the decrease of brain function in leukemia patients was mainly in memory and proceeding of thoughts.
