摘　　要：本文的主要目的是利用Dirichlet L-函数的均值定理研究了Dedekind和在短区间[1,p/8]上的均值性质,并给出一个有趣的渐近公式。The main purpose of this paper is to study the mean value properties of the Dedekind sums over the short interval by using the mean value theroems of the Dirichlet L- functions, and to give an interesting asymptotic formula for it.
