摘　　要：构建适应本科生创新人才培养的实验教学模式和支撑体系是医学实验教学改革亟待解决的课题。我校在创新实验教学基地建设中,探讨了创新能力培养及创新实验教学的技术定位,对如何依托校级实验中心资源优势、转变工作模式、合理配置实验技术、设置课程体系、协调实验运行机制等方面初步进行了一系列实践探索。To establish an operation mode and supporting system for laboratory teaching and student talent training is a subject to be solved in laboratory teaching reform. This article describes a series of the practices for developing the innovation experiment teaching, optimized the allocation of the experiment support condition, the curriculum system establishment and the operation mechanism in China Medical University.
