摘 要:针对某型混合动力轿车怠速工况转向助力泵噪声及车内噪声进行了试验测试,利用谱分析和相干分析方法对转向助力泵噪声的频谱分布及其对车内噪声的影响进行了分析,并根据分析结果分别采取转向助力泵隔声和防火墙隔声的措施进行控制。通过比较噪声控制前、后转向助力泵近场和防火墙近场的1/3倍频程频谱,证明了所采取降噪措施的有效性。Based on tests on power assisted steering pump noise and cab interior noise for a hybrid car in idling speed status,the spectrum analysis and coherent analysis methods are used to analyze the distribution of noise spectrum and its effects on cab interior noise,and measures including sound-insulating of power assisted steering pump and sound isolation by firewall are taken respectively to control the noises according to the analysis results.The contrastive analysis of 1/3 octave spectrum for sound isolation by firewall and sound insulating of assisted steering pump near field shows that the measures are effective.
