摘　　要：衍生于陪审团审判的故事构造模式除了用于解释裁判者的心证形成过程外,对于公诉证明也颇有启示,它通过控辩双方的"故事比拼"来实现证明的说服力,以故事脉络设置举证顺序和庭审顺序,以故事的全面性、一致性、独特性作为证明标准,可以使证明过程更加具有可操作性。Story - telling Model derived from jury trial can be applied to not only judge ＇s discretion, but also public prosecutors＇justification. It demonstrates persuasion through the ＂story sports＂ ： with the skeleton of the story as the order of proof and the order of trial, with the comprehensiveness, consistency, uniqueness of the story as the standard of proof so as to improve the quality of justification process.
