钙磷脂结合蛋白annexin A2与肿瘤发生发展

摘　　要：annexins是一组钙离子依赖的磷脂结合蛋白。钙磷脂结合蛋白annexin A2是annexins家族的成员之一,在细胞质和细胞核中具有非常广泛的生物学功能。annexin A2是一种纤溶酶受体,与细胞的增殖、凋亡有关,具有RNA结合的特性,与DNA合成、复制有关。已有研究证实,其与多种肿瘤的发生发展、浸润、远处转移均有不同程度相关,且不同肿瘤中表达各异。其在多种组织中为癌基因,部分组织中为抑癌基因。介绍近年有关annexin A2在肿瘤发生发展领域的研究进展,为肿瘤早期诊断、治疗和预后判断提供新线索。Annexins are a group of calcium-dependent phospholipid binding protein. Calphobindin annexin A2 is a member of annexins family, which has extensive biological functions in cytoplasm and nucleus. Annexin A2 with the characteristics of RNA combination is one kind of plasmin acceptor, relating with cell proliferation, apoptosis, DNA synthesis and duplication. Recent studies have confirmed that the expression of annexin A2 related with the occurrence, development, invasion and distant metastasis of various tumors. It exists as an oncogene in a variety of organizations, while anti-oncogene in several organizations. This article introduces the relevant research progress of annexin A2 in order to provide new clues for early diagnosis, treatment and prognosis judgment of tumors.
