中西医结合治疗白塞病的疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨中西医结合治疗白塞病(BD)的效果及其防止复发的新方法。方法:2003年9月-2005年8月对本院收治的13例以口腔溃疡为主的反复发作BD患者行单独的西医治疗,而后13例BD患者全部复发,于2005年8月-2007年12月再行中西医结合治疗,对前后两种治疗方法的临床疗效和复发率进行追踪观察。结果:中西医结合治疗BD的总有效率84.62%(11/13)高于单纯西医治疗总有效率53.85%(7/13)(P<0.05),而复发率(0.91±0.87)%较单纯西医治疗(2.63±0.41)%明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗BD在临床效果和防止复发方面都明显优于单纯西医治疗,是提高BD治疗效果及其防止复发的新方法。Objective： To explore a new treatment with integrated chinese and western medicine which may provide better efficacy and prevention of relapse for Behcet＇s disease （BD）. Methods： Between September 2003 and August 2005, 13 BD patients who presented with recurrent ulcers of oral cavity were treated with western medicine alone, and all replased. Then 13 BD patients were continually treated with integrated chinese and western medicine between August 2005 and December 2007. We compared with the therapeutic effects and rate of relapse between these two cohorts. Results： The total rate of response by integrated chinese and western medicine was 84.62% （11 of 13 cases） vs 53.85% （7 of 13 cases） by western medicine alone （P〈0.05）. Meanwhile, there was a lower rate of relapse [（0.91 ±0.87）% vs （2.63±0.41）%] as a result of integrated chinese and western medicine （P〈0.05）. Conclusion ： Integrated chinese and western medicine therapy provided advantages over western medicine alone in the treatment of BD, and may be used as a new approach for better efficacy and better prevention of relapse.
