摘 要:[目的]探讨在大专护理教学中采用案例学习法对学生自主学习能力的影响。[方法]将154名专科二年级学生随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组采用案例学习法,对照组采用传统教学法,用林毅等[1]老师研制的自主学习量表评价两组学生自主学习能力。[结果]案例学习法对提高学生自主学习能力的作用较传统教学法显著;采用案例学习法前后实验组自主学习能力比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]在护理教学中应用案例学习法可增加学生学习兴趣,提高学生自我管理能力、信息能力和学习合作能力。Objective: To probe into the influence of case learning method on autonomic learning ability of students in nursing teaching in colleges or high medical academies. Methods:A total of 154 biennial students from an academy were selected and divided into test and control group randomly 77 students each. Case learning method was carried out for test group students. Students in control group were given traditional way of teaching. Then the ability of autonomic learning of all students had been assessed by Linyi's autonomic learning scale. Results: Compared to traditional teaching method, case learning rnethod can significantly enhance the ability of autonomic learning of students. There was statistical significant difference in terms of autonomic learning ability between before and after case learning method in test group students (P〈.0.05). Conclusion: To apply case learning method in nursing teaching for students can stimulate their interesting of learning and enhance their ability of self--management, information and cooperation.
