摘 要:从连续介质力学理论出发,考虑变形产生的几何非线性效应对运动柔性梁的影响,在柔性梁的纵向、横向变形中考虑横向弯曲和轴向伸缩的耦合作用,增加了耦合变形量,并采用模态假设法对梁进行离散,通过Lagrange方程建立了作大范围平动柔性梁的刚-柔耦合动力学方程。分析了在横向、纵向变形中计及耦合变形对平动柔性梁的大范围运动动力学特性的影响。仿真算例揭示了一次模型和精确耦合模型在不同速度下柔性梁的横向位移响应的差异。因此,在柔性多体系统刚-柔耦合动力学建模中,系统速度较大时,应该考虑非几何变形对大范围运动柔性梁横向和纵向位移的影响。A moving flexible beam with translation is investigated considering the continuum medium mechanics and the effect of the geometrically non-linear kinematics of deformation. The coupling deformation terms in longitudinal and transversal deflections and the dynamical effect of translation on the deformation of the flexible beam were analyzed. Lagrange' s equations are employed for establishing the coupled dynamical equations of the flexible beam undergoing large overall translation. The simulation result shows the difference of transversal displacement in the different velocities of flexible beam for one-order coupling dynamical model and precise coupling dynamical model respectively. Therefore, when the velocity is great, the effect of the second-order coupling terms from geometrically non-linear kinematics of deformation must be taken into account in rigid-flexible coupled dynamical modeling of the flexible multibody system.
