医学论文来稿退修常见原因及应对措施的探讨

摘　　要：笔者在分析230份医学论文来稿退修原因时发现,其主要问题依次为无创新性,实验设计不合理(包括统计学方法选择及表述不当),重要资料不全,论讨不务实,观察指标不全,无随访或失访例数过多等,为此笔者结合医学论文写作规范化要求就上述问题提出了相应的措施和建议,以期能为提高医学论文写作质量及其录用率提供一定的帮助。Author analysed the return causes of 230 manucripts during reading and editing, and discovered main problems of these manuscripts being in order of no-creation, non-rational experimental design （such as selection of statistical methods, and their explaination arc）, deficieney of important materials, emptiress in conclusion, shortage of observation indexes, as well absence or more loss of follow-up etc; on the basis of above analysis combined with writing normalization medical articles strategies and demand of put forward for providing the help to enhance article quality, thus increase acceptance rate of manuscripts.
