摘　　要：以调查问卷结果为依据,围绕培养模式的基本要素——培养目标、培养过程和培养评价,探讨如何培养会计学硕士研究生。笔者认为大多数高等院校应该以培养综合应用型会计人才为目标,从减少学制、发挥导师作用、完善课程体系、革新教学方法和更新教材、加强师资建设等方面规范培养过程,提倡以写作毕业论文为主要的培养评价方法。Based on the questionnaire, the paper discusses the education model of accounting postgraduate from education objectives, process and evaluation. For most colleges and universities, the education objective should be the training of accountants. Therefore, the education process should be standardized from the following aspects： reducing education duration, performing function of tutors, perfecting courses design, reforming teaching methods and materials, training faculties and taking thesis as the basis of evaluation.
