发挥高校智力优势 提高农村教师教育信息化水平

摘　　要：农村教师的教育信息化水平和现代教育技术应用能力是农村教育现代化的关键。然而,目前农村教师的教育现代化素养并未达到理想的状态。他们的传统教育观念需要转变,现代化教育技术水平需要提高,现代教育技术应用能力需要加强。高等学校特别是师范类高校应当发挥自身的人才和智力优势,协助农村学校完善机制,组织对农村学校教师开展的现代教育技术培训,加强农村师资队伍建设,不断提高农村教育现代化水平。Education informationization and modern education technique level of teachers in rural area are the key to education modernization in rural area. However, education modernization level of teachers in rural area is not up to the expected standard. It is of great urgency to transform their traditional education concept, improve their modern technique level, and strengthen their application capacity of modern technique. Institutions of higher learning, especially teachers~ colleges, should bring into full play their intellectual resources and talent pool to help perfecting the education mechanism, and improving modern technique level of education in rural area.
