摘　　要：外贸单证实务是一门有一定理论基础的实务课程,具有明显可操作性的专业性特点。要培养高素质国际贸易单证操作人才,传统的教学模式难以适应现实发展的需要,应积极尝试教学改革,通过多轮教学实践,总结得出一些教学感受。在教学过程中,针对出口贸易买卖合同的签订、出口货物的备货、托运订舱、报检、通关、制单结算等贸易实务的全过程中的多种单证要充分讲解,强化学生对于外贸单证的作用、格式和内容的理解,在此基础上,通过强化式实际演练,增强学生的动手能力,并以最终参加并通过全国国际商务单证员考试为目标。Foreign Trade Documents ＆ Certificate Operation is a kind of professional, operational course, and the learners must have some foreign trade theoretical basis. In order to cultivate the excellent foreign trade documents operators, it＇s necessary to be active in reforming the previous teaching model, because the traditional teaching model couldn＇t meet the demand of the modern development. After many turns of teaching practice, some teaching perceptions are concluded： During the teaching process, various documents shall be explained adequately, including the documents during the entire process of foreign trade practice, such as： signing the export cargo sales contract, preparing the export cargos, consigning for shipment and booking the shipment space, inspection and customs clearance, documents making and settlement, etc., which will strengthen the students＇ ability in understanding and getting familiar with the role, form and content of foreign trade documents On the basis of the above, with the reinforced practicing in reality, the student＇s practical skills are intensified and the final aim to attend and pass the National International Commercial Documents examination.
