摘 要:目的:对送检的鱿鱼、海参、毛肚、海蜇等进行甲醛残留检测,了解兰州市水发食品中甲醛含量,并提出合理建议。方法:采用2003年国家颁布的(NY5172-2002)标准方法检测。结果:70份样品中符合国家卫生标准的40份,超标30份。结论:兰州市场部分水发食品中甲醛含量偏高,值得监督部门关注。Objective:To know content of formaldehyde in water-soaked foodstuffs,remnant formaldehyde for dried-sleevfish,holothurian,jellyfish,cattlestomach are tested and reasonable suggestions will be made.Methods:The samples were tested by means of State standard published in 2003(NY5172-2002).Results:Among 70 samples,40 samples accord with State sanitary standard,30 ones failed to accord with the standard.Conclusion:The remnant formaldehyde of the parts of water-soaked foodstuffs in Lanzhou market exceed the State standard,supervisory organization must pay highly attention on it.
