摘　　要：文章详细介绍了压力机群控系统的实现,主要任务包括了上位机监控软件的开发、硬件电路的设计和下位机的编程。系统上位机采用c++Builder6.0来进行监控程序的开发,压力机群整个网络采用RS-485的通信方式进行数据通信,控制板处理器选用集成了A/D和D/A的高性能增强型MCU—aduc841,并充分的考虑了电磁干扰与可靠性问题,同时下位机控制程序嵌入了嵌入式实时操作系统uC/OS-Ⅱ,以提高系统的实时性与可靠性。This paper describe the realization of group control svstem for presses in detail, including the development of monitoring software of host computer, the design of hardware circuit and programming of the slave computer. The monitoring software is pro- grammed with c＋＋ Builder6.0. the net of the system choose RS-485 communication protocol; the control board select high-perfor- mance MCU--aduc841 which integrate A/D＆D/A and it is designed in the thinking of EMI and reliability fully, meanwhile in order to improve the real-time and reliability of the system, the slave computer embed the real time operating system uC/OS-II.
