摘　　要：本文介绍了一种适用于测量大功率白光LED结温的方法。文章选取四个不同公司生产的大功率LED作为实验样品,然后对每个样品,在工作条件、散热条件以及空间物理环境完全相同的情况下,分别用传统的测试方法和我们提供的方法来测量器件结温,最后比较分析测测数据,以判断本文提供的测量方法的可行性。The paper introduces a new method to measure the junction temperature of power white LED. We choose 4 samples from different corporations to measure the junction temperature with our method and conventional method respectively. By analyzing the results, we prove that the method introduced in this paper is feasible.
