摘 要:利用优质稻品种"宜香9303"在重庆市云阳县、忠县和南川市的地理分期播种试验资料和稻米蛋白质、氨基酸的实验室化验资料,采用逐段筛选的统计分析方法,研究了从齐穗前40 d到成熟期间气候条件对稻米蛋白质、氨基酸含量影响的关键时期和关键因子.结果表明:温度、日照时数影响的关键期在齐穗前35 d至齐穗阶段,温度日较差影响的关键时期在齐穗前10 d至齐穗后15 d.温度、日照时数与营养品质存在明显的抛物线关系,温度日较差与营养品质有明显的直线关系.Based on the test data of phased planting in Yunyang, Zhongxian and Nanchuan in Chongqing and the laboratory data of rice protein and amino acids of the high quality rice cultivar "Yi Xiang 9303",the article studied the crucial period and key factors for the influence of climate conditions in the period from 40 days before full heading to maturity on the content of protein and amino acids of rice grains. The crucial period for the influences of temperature and sunshine duration was found to be from 35 days before full heading to full heading, and the crucial period for the influences of temperature and daily range on rice quality was from 10 days before full heading to 15 days after full heading. A significant parabolic relationship was observed between temperature and sunshine hours and nutritional quality and a significant linear relationship between temperature and daily range and nutritional quality.
