摘  要:目的:调查分析北京市二级甲等医院合同制护士工作满意度现状及相关因素,为规范合同制护士管理、稳定合同制护士队伍、提高护理质量提供科学依据。方法:采用问卷调查法,调查北京市18家二级甲等医院的合同制护士356人。结果:合同制护士工作满意度平均得分为3.08±0.55分,总体满意度较低,不满意的占45.5%;满意度最低的项目是福利待遇和专业发展机会;工作压力与工作满意度呈显著负相关。结论:提高福利待遇、创造职业发展机会、减轻工作压力是提高合同制护士工作满意度的有效途径。Objective: To investigate and analyze the job satisfaction of contract nurses in second A hospitals in Beijing in order to provide scientific basis for contract nurse management, contract nurses stability and nursing quality improvement. Methods: 356 contract nurses from 18 second A hospitals in Beijing were investigated by a questionnaire. Results: The score of job satisfaction was low (3.08±0.55), the percentage of dissatisfaction was 45.5%.They dissatis- faction items was fringe benefit, profession improvement chance. Job stress correlated to job satisfaction negatively. Conclusion: Increasing the fringe benefit, creating professional improvement chance, and decreasing job stress were effective methods to increase the job satisfaction of contract nurses.
