肝硬化患者血细胞内氨基酸检测的临床研究

摘　　要：采用日立８３５－５０型高速自动氨基酸分析仪，测定肝硬化患者血细胞内氨基酸。结果显示：１．肝硬化红细胞内天门冬、缬、异亮、亮和组氨酸降低；丝、谷、甘、酪、苯丙、精和脯氨酸明显增高。（Ｐ＜０．０５）２。肝硬化白细胞内氨基酸谷、缬、亮和脯氨酸降低，苏、丝、丙、异亮、苯丙、酪、组和精氨酸增高。（Ｐ＜０．０５）３。肝硬化血细胞支／芳比值与血浆相同均降低，但红细胞内有５种氨基酸增高使总量增加２０７．８６μｍｏｌ／Ｌ；白细胞有１３种增高３０２．６８μｍｏｌ／Ｌ。提示血细胞在调整氨基酸代谢过程中起重要作用。To　study　the　characteristics　of　the　changes　of　blood　cell　Amino-acids(AA)　with　patients　of　liver　cirrhosis,measurement　of　blood　cell　AA　in　33　cases　with　liver　cirrhosis　was　reported　in　this　paper,and　30　normal　cases　were　studied　as　controls.The　results　show:Compared　with　the　normal,the　concentration　of　AA　inside　red　or　white　blood　cells　in　cases　of　cirrhosis　changes　significantly(P<005),showing　that　AA　function　differently　in　different　parts　of　the　body,so　the　concentration　in　blood　cells　and　serum　differs　accordingly,It　also　indicates,in　the　adjustment　of　AA　metabolism,the　blood　cell　is　the　major　factor,and　its　action　contrariety　from　serum　at　some　respects.
