摘 要:利用BTB培养基快速高效地从SBR反应器的活性污泥和污水处理池的活性污泥中初步筛选出了平板阳性菌22株,均为革兰阴性杆菌。经证实其中11株菌具有在好氧条件下的反硝化能力,其中10株菌的NO3--N去除率达到了50%以上,7株超过60%;10株菌的TIN去除率达到50%以上,6株超过60%,且大部分都可以在第1天完成脱氮,具备高效的反硝化性能。By using BTB medium, 22 BTB-positive bacteria were isolated from the sludge of reactor in laboratory and sewage treatment pond fastly and efficiently. All of them were Gram-negative and rod. The results of determination of Aerobic denitrifying activity showed that the nitrate removal rate of 10 bacteria were more than 50%, and 7 bacteria of them were more than 60%, TIN removal rate of 10 bacteria were more than 50%, 6 bacteria of them were more than 60%. Besides, most of the 11 bacteria can remove the nitrogen on the first day.
