摘　　要：在分析当前国内外软件服务外包产业发展的大背景下,阐述了长三角区域校企合作一体化培养软件服务外包人才的基本内涵,结合江苏联合职业技术学院南通商贸分院实施的"中印合作培养软件人才"项目进展情况,提出了高职院校软件服务外包人才培养方案及其实施建议。With an overview of the rapid development of the software outsourcing services in China, the eassy is devoted to elaborating the basic connotation of the cooperation pattern of school and enterprise in jointly cultivating software outsourcing personnel in Changjiang Delta Region. Combining with the introduction of the project of Training software talent by Sino-Indian cooperation, which is progressing in Nantong Commercial Branch of Jiangsu Union Technical Institute, this essay puts forward a software outsourcing talent training scheme and some implementing suggestions for higher vocational education.
