摘　　要：加强高职院校内部管理是提高管理效能、促进高职院校健康持续发展的关键所在。结合调查的结果和目前高职院校内部管理现状的分析,提出机构改革、人事分配制度等七项应对措施,从而得出调查的基本结论。Strengthening the internal management is the key point of enhancing management efficiency and promoting the healthy and continual development of vocational colleges connected the investigation result with the analysis from the present situation of the internal management in vocational colleges, the article puts forward seven countermeasures, such as organization reform and personnel distribution system. It draws a basic conclusion from the investigation.
