摘 要:真实型领导是一种把领导者的积极心理能力与高度发展的组织情境结合起来发挥作用的行为和特质。从评论真实型领导的定义和结构以及比较真实型领导与其他类型领导的联系和区别出发,介绍了如何对真实型领导进行评估以及评估的方法。在此基础上,提出相应的问题和未来研究方向。最后指出真实型领导研究仍然有较大领域有待开发。Authentic leadership is defined as a process and trait that draws from both positive psychological capacities and a highly developed organizational context. Our literature review focuses on the emerging deftnition and construct of authentic leadership and compares this construct with related concepts that share a common concern for a multilevel transformational leadership). We authentic leadership, and then the dimension of introduced the differences an leadership (e.g., spiritual, authentic, servant, ethical, and concept and characteristics, as well as the measurement of d relationships between authentic leadership. We also identify issues and questions to be addressed in the future and discuss their implications for research and practice. Our review indicates that authentic leadership remains largely unexplored, offering researcher's opportunities for new discoveries and leaders opportunities to improve their effectiveness.
