摘 要:目的了解现阶段医学应届毕业生面试时用人单位的主要衡量指标及素质要求,为医学院校围绕就业需求进行教学改革及医学生求职面试指导提供参考依据。方法以全国6个省份71所级别、规模各异的医疗单位199名面试官为调查对象,对医疗机构面试的方式、面试中主要考察的指标进行多角度调查,并对调查结果进行统计学分析。结果医疗机构面试的主要方式是一般性会谈加专业技术测试;在面试过程中,考察求职者的指标依次是专业水平、身体素质和形象、沟通能力、团队精神和诚信问题。结论医学生应在努力学好专业的同时,提高自己的综合素质,这样才能提升就业竞争力。Objective To learn about the main measurement indexes and quality requirements of employers when interviewing graduating medical students, with the purpose of providing reference for education reform and to help medical students with jobhunting and interview. Methods 199 interviewers from 71 medical units with varied levels in 6 provinces were investigated about the interview methods of medical institutions and the main indexes studied in the interview. The results were analyzed statistically. Results The main interview method of medical institutions was general talks combined with professional technique tests. During the interview, the indexes studied were professional level, physical quality, appearance, communication skill, team spirit and credibility in turn. Conclusion Medical students should not only master the professional knowledge, hut also improve their comprehensive quality, so as to increase their employment competitiveness.
