摘　　要：简要介绍了HACCP体系的主要内容,并将其应用于真空镀铝纸的生产过程中,从质量管理的角度分析产品的危害因素,确定了关键控制点。通过HACCP体系在真空镀铝纸中的应用,可有效控制真空镀铝纸的质量,提高产品的安全性,同时也可以提高全员素质。证明了HACCP体系不仅局限于食品行业,也可以在包装业应用,扩大了HACCP体系的应用范围。HACCP system was briefly introduced and applied in the production of vacuum aluminumplated paper. The harmful factors were analyzed and the critical control points were confirmed from the perspective of quality management. Through the application of HACCP system in vacuum aluminum-plated paper, the vacuum aluminum-plated paper quality was effectively controlled and the production security was improved, at the same time, the quality of personnel was also improved. It was proved that the application of HACCP system is not limited to the food industry, and it can also be applied to the packaging industry. Thereby the scope of application of the HACCP system is expanded.
