青岛海域浒苔营养成分分析与评价

摘　　要：通过分析青岛浒苔(Enteromorpha prolifera)一般营养成分、氨基酸、主要微量元素及重金属的含量,并与同海域其它海藻及其它浒苔分析报道结果进行比较与评价。结果表明:青岛浒苔干物质中蛋白质含量11.16%、粗脂肪1.50%、粗纤维6.70%、钙1.55%;总氨基酸含量9.58%,占粗蛋白质的85.84%,且必需氨基酸种类齐全,EAA占总氨基酸(TAA)的43%,呈味氨基酸占总量的56%以上。微量元素丰富,特别是Fe、Cu、Zn3种动物必需微量元素的含量均明显高于同海域生长的其它藻类,而对动物有害的重金属元素(尤其是Pb和As)则是同海域海藻中最低的一种。The contents of general nutrient ,amino acids, main trace elements and heavy metal components of enteromorpha prolifera at Qingdao sea area were analyzed in this article, the comparison to other marine algae and other reports about enteromorpha prolifera was evaluated,too.The general nutrient components of enteromorpha prolifera （DM%） was that CP 11.16%,EE 1.50%,CF 6.70%,Ca 1.55%.The TAA took up 9.58% of DM and 85.84% of CP and contained all kinds of EAA. The EAA which delicious amino acids took up more than 56% took up 43% in TAA. The contents of trace elements in enteromorpha prolifera were rich,and the essential trace elements＇ contents （especially Fe,Cu,Zn ） were significantly higher than the other marine algae in the same area,while the heavy metal elements＇ contents（especially Pb and As） which were harmful to animals were the least.
