高校提高教育质量的路径探析

摘　　要：高校提高教育质量,必须树立一个理念——与时俱进的质量观;必须处理两大关系——规模、结构、质量、效益的关系和质量统一性与多样性的关系;必须明确三个目标——提高人才培养质量、科学研究质量和社会服务质量;必须推进五大工程——学科专业调整建设、师资队伍建设、人才培养模式创新、信息技术推广和质量控制保障等。To improve the teaching quality in universities, we have to hold the view that advances with time and deal with the two relations： one between scale, structure, quality and efficiency; the other between oneness and variety of quality. Further, we must be fully aware of the three goals： to improve the caliber of the students, the quality of scientific research and social service. In addition, we have to make great effort to fulfil ＂five projects＂： adjustment of specialties and majors, construction of teaching staff, innovation of the mode of personnel training, popularization of information techniques, and supervision and guarantee of quality.
