摘  要:高校提高教育质量,必须树立一个理念——与时俱进的质量观;必须处理两大关系——规模、结构、质量、效益的关系和质量统一性与多样性的关系;必须明确三个目标——提高人才培养质量、科学研究质量和社会服务质量;必须推进五大工程——学科专业调整建设、师资队伍建设、人才培养模式创新、信息技术推广和质量控制保障等。To improve the teaching quality in universities, we have to hold the view that advances with time and deal with the two relations: one between scale, structure, quality and efficiency; the other between oneness and variety of quality. Further, we must be fully aware of the three goals: to improve the caliber of the students, the quality of scientific research and social service. In addition, we have to make great effort to fulfil "five projects": adjustment of specialties and majors, construction of teaching staff, innovation of the mode of personnel training, popularization of information techniques, and supervision and guarantee of quality.
