摘 要:目的:比较超声波和传统慢速手机进行根尖倒预备窝洞壁清洁度的差异。方法:离体上颌第二前磨牙行根管清理成形,根管充填,根尖3 mm切除,选取27颗有一个峡部连接两个主根管结构的牙齿随机均分成3组,分别用超声波配金刚砂尖Be-rutti与镍钛尖RE2,超声波配40号K锉,慢速手机配No.2圆钻进行根尖倒预备,采用微印模技术制备根尖窝洞环氧树脂模型,扫描电镜下观察评价窝洞壁碎屑和玷污层。结果:超声预备的窝洞壁碎屑和玷污层明显少于慢速手机(P<0.05)。结论:超声波根尖倒预备获得的窝洞更清洁。Objective: This study compared the cleanliness of root end preparations by using ultrasomc in- strumentation with using a slow-speed handpiece. Methods: 27 extracted maxillary human second premolars with two canals and an isthmus were used. After cleaning, shaping, and obturation of the root canals, a 3mm root end resection of their apexes was done. The roots were randomly divided into three groups and the root end preparations were made respectively by using the ultrasonic diamond tip Berutti and NiTi tip RE2, ultrasonic #40K file and slow-speed handpiece with No.2 round bur. The resin replicas of root end cavities were prepared and examined with a scanning electronic microscope. The debris and smear layer were used to evaluate the cleanliness of the root end preparations. Result: Ultrasonic preparations have significantly less superficial debris and smear layer than slow-speed handpiece preparation(P〈0.05). Con- clusion: Ultrasonic instrument created cleaner surfaces for root ends cavities than slow-speed handpiece preparation.
