摘  要:液力减速器是车辆重要的制动元件,高效的制动能力一直是液力减速器主要的设计指标,然而其制动能力的提高也带来空转功率损失的增大,针对这一问题,对某液力减速器结构及仿真方法进行研究,建立多个三维CFD(Computa-tional Fluid Dynamics)计算模型,利用计算流体力学软件对其原始特性进行仿真,并根据计算结果分析得到液力减速器的优化结构,同时找到快速、符合实际的液力减速器性能的计算方法。The hydrodynamic retarder is an important braking part for vehicles. Higher braking performance has been were main designing purpose. But more power loss has been brought out as higher braking capability. For this reason, three 3-D geometric complete fluid model of the hydrodynamic retarder are established, then the numerical simulation has been candied out for the model by CFD software. Optimize configuration has been obtained by computational results. Furthermore, a good and rapid simulation method has been found out for retarder performance.
