摘 要:谐波减速器采用的润滑技术是影响其在轨运动性能和服役寿命的主要因素。以XB40-200型谐波减速器为研究对象,刚轮-柔轮传动副采用油脂润滑,柔性轴承采用固体润滑,在优于1×10-3Pa真空环境中进行了减速器传动效率和工作负载、工作温度关系研究,并开展了1000h真空寿命试验。结果表明:谐波减速器传动效率随工作负载的升高总体呈增大趋势,在真空寿命试验的前500h谐波减速器传动效率随工作温度升高而升高,后500h中其传动效率基本保持一致,1000h真空寿命试验结束时谐波减速器传动效率平均值约50%。试验后对减速器进行分解得到,柔轮内壁与波发生器接触部位磨损明显,是下一步润滑工艺改进的重点。Lubrication of moving parts existed in harmonic drive such as circular spline, flexspline and wave generator beating is a critical aspect for proper performance and effective life on-orbit. This paper chosed type XB40 - 200 harmonic drive as research unit, circular spline and flexspline were lubricated with grease, wave generator bearing was lubricated with solid film, the relation of transmission effciency to work loads and temperature were studied in vacuum environment which was below 1 ×10- 3P a, and the unit finished 1000 h life test. The results show that the unit's transmission effciency increases when work loads add, the unit's transmission efficiency increases when work temperature rises in initial 500 h in life test, beyond 500 h the unit's transmission efficiency is always the same , the unit's transmission efficiency was about 50 % in the end of life test. The unit was dismantled after life test and a careful examination of the gearbox revealed that the inside surface of the flexspline which contacted with wave generator had distinct signs of wear, where is the critical part to solve lubrication technology in next step .
