摘 要:从制动器制动全过程的动态仿真角度出发,重点考察了鼓式制动器摩擦系数、凸轮偏置角和摩擦片包角对制动器制动效能的影响。正交仿真试验分析表明:上述三个因素对制动器效能因数的影响按大小次序是摩擦系数、凸轮偏置角和摩擦片包角。制动器的效能因数随三个因素取值的增加而增大,同时,制动效能因数对摩擦系数的敏感性显著增大,而对凸轮偏置角及摩擦片包角的敏感性却在降低。这将为以后的制动器优化奠定基础。From the friction coefficient, cam Some conclusion can be whole brake process of dynamic simulation point of view of cam brake, on the influence of angle and friction-bias angle on the braking performance of cam brake is mainly focused. gained through the three factors orthogonal simulation analysis: the impact of the three factors on the brake performance is in order of the friction coefficient, cam angle and friction-bias angle.
