开发建设教学点,推进干部教育教学模式创新——中国延安干部学院教学点建设的实践及其思考

摘　　要：开发建设教学点是干部教育教学中一项重要的基础性工作,对创新教学模式起着重要支撑作用。本文从中国延安干部学院开发建设教学点,推动学院教学模式创新的实践出发,系统分析了教学点建设在干部教育教学中的地位和作用,赋予教学点建设新内涵,探索了教学点开发机制、内涵与要素建设、现场模式构建等系统化的建设思路和途径。Exploiting and constructing education site is a fundamental construction with great importance for the teaching of cadre education, which support the teaching model innovation. Initiating from exploiting and constructing education site and innovating teaching model, the paper systematically analyzes the importance of education site construction in cadre education, endows the education site construction with new connotation, explores and put forward the systematic means and ways of thinking of teaching site exploitation mechanism, connotation and elements construction, live model construction.
