摘　　要：辅导员队伍是高校教师队伍和党政管理队伍的重要组成部分,面对当今复杂的国际形势和多元的价值取向,高校辅导员需要充当多元化的工作角色,从政治、思想、心理、科研、就业等方面指导学生,促进大学生的全面和谐发展。The counselors contingent is an important part of the contingent of teachers and party and government management team. Facing the complex international situation and pluralistic values now, college counselors need to act as the work of many Members of the role. The college counselors guide students from the political, ideological, psychological, and scientific research, employment and other aspects to promote the harmonious development of the college students.
