摘　　要：2-氯嘧啶是嘧啶碱中较重要的化合物,广泛应用于医药和农药的制备,是一种重要的有机合成中间体。研究了2-氯嘧啶的制备方法,对现有的合成方法进行改进,找到了一条适合工业化生产的工艺路线。2-Chlompyrimidine as a very important pyrimidine derivative is widely used in the synthesis of medicine and pesticides, and is also a valuable intermediate for the synthesis of many types of 2-substituted pyfimidines. This article relates to the commercial process for preparation of 2-chloropyrimidine. We improved the available method of preparing 2-ehloropyrimidine, and found out one route suitable for commercialized production.
