电大系统的发展危机与办学体制创新——山东广播电视大学系统发展的再思考

摘　　要：在全省高等教育资源重组之后,电大系统的办学优势逐渐弱化。在新形势下,面对发展中的困境和激烈的竞争,山东电大只有坚持改革创新,才能促进电大的科学发展。本文以强化系统建设为切入点,从法律法规、行政管理、发展战略、发展空间、自身宣传等方面如何创新提出了一些思考。With the recombination of Shangdong province's higher education resources,the advantages of TVU have been weakened.Under fierce competition,reform and innovation is the only way to promote TVU's development.Cutting into the enhancement of system construction,the article reflects on the innovation of legalization,administration,development strategy and self-advertising.
