摘　　要：本文运用文献资料法对我国近代体育师资的培养进行分析研究,认为我国近代体育师资培养课程模式有以下特点:近代体育师资的培养源自于1903年"体操科"的确立和普及;初期的课程模式具有"日化"特征,后随学校体育内容的改变,而渐趋"美化";课程模式的演变、发展来自于学校体育的改革,具有滞后性;课程设置在20世纪30、40年代趋于规范化,但仍处于课程设置表层;体育师资培养课程改革的根本动力源于社会的变革。the course of our country modem age athletics teachers educates has the follow characters： It burned of the 1903 ＂gymnastics section＂ getting and popularize; The early course mode has Japanese character, empress with the changes of the school athletics contents, gradually has Americanized character, The develops of course mode come from the reformation of the school athletics; The course tended standard during 1930s to 1940s, but still placed surface layer, the basic motive of course reform comes from to replace socially.
