摘　　要：高校篮球队的训练工作是一个教练员与运动员共同参与的双边活动,作为训练过程中起主导作用的教练员对在这个过程中作为主体的运动员所产生的影响力,是决定训练成效、竞赛成绩和队的发展优劣的一个重要因素。教练员对运动员的影响力有权力性和非权力性之分,提高教练员行为影响力,关键在于提高非权力性影响力。The training of university basketball is bilateral activities which instructor and athletes participate in at the same time. The instructor who plays a leading role in the training coarse has influence on athletes who are the main body of the drill course. This influence is a vital factor for determining training effect, competition results and the development of the team. The effect which the instructor influences on the athletes is divided into power and non-power. Increasing the influence from instructor act, the key lies in increasing non-power influence.
