摘　　要：医学是一个完整的体系,各学科应是相互联系和补充的。但医学的重技术发展,使得预防医学、临床医学、基础医学等等之间都产生了"分裂"。要使医学可持续发展,更好地、公平地服务于人类健康,必须全方位地进行整合。这些整合包括预防医学与临床医学、医学教育、医学科研和医疗服务的整合。Medicine is an integrated system in which the multiple disciplines correlate and complement. However, the techno--drive of medicine leads to the breaking up of preventive medicine, clinic medicine and basic medicine. The comprehensive integration must to be done in order to have the sustainable development of medicine, which will promote the better and fair medical service. These integrations include that the integration between preventive medicine and clinic medicine as well as, the integration of medical education, medical research and medical service.
