摘　　要：市场经济体制下人才市场和社会需求对高校毕业生提出了新的要求,各类体育院校毕业生就业压力逐年增大。研究中结合本校、本地区特点,建立适应市场经济体制的办学理念和专业设置;提出"综合性、系统性"的课程设置和科学的考核评价形式;构建符合社会需求的"复合型"人才培养模式。Under the condition of market economic system, talented man market and social need put forward new request for undergraduate students. At the same time, placement pressure of graduates from physical education is increasing. So we should bond the characteristic of territory and establish new teaching idea to fit market economic system. We should construction talented man cultivating mode to be eonsistent with soeial need.
