摘  要:高校双语教学是提高我国人才竞争力的重要途径,但在实施过程中还存在认识上的偏差以及师资短缺、学生接受能力不强、教材内容陈旧等诸多问题,不仅严重影响了双语教学的效果,更制约着双语教学的长远发展。本文试图寻找提高双语教学水平的有效策略,以期培养出真正符合全球化发展的双语人才。Bilingual instruction in universities is an important way to rise Chinese personnel's competitiveness, but during the implementing of bilingual instruction, there appear many problems, such as different understanding, bilingual teacher's shortage, students' poor receiving ability and outdated instructional materials, etc, which influence the result of bilingual instruction seriously and restrict its long - term development. This paper tries to find some effective strategies of improving bilingual instructional level in order to foster bilingual personnel who can meet the need of globalization.
