摘  要:采用传统的蒽酮-硫酸法定糖时,海藻糖的最大吸收峰有误差。为了准确地测定海藻糖含量,对影响波长测定的因素进行了系统分析。结果表明,硫酸浓度、蒽酮试剂加入量以及显色时间都对海藻糖的最大吸收波长有影响,并发展了三种蒽酮比色方法。采用这三种方法,海藻糖溶液均在625nm处有最大吸收值,在10~100μg/mL范围内呈线性关系,且稳定性好,结果准确。When traditional anthrone-sulphuric acid method to measure the content of trehalose was adopted, the error of trehalose max wavelengh was larger.Influence factors on wavelengh determination were analyzed in order to improve the determination accuracy.The result indicated that sulphuric acid concentration,volum of anthrone- sulphuric acid reagent and chromogenic reaction time all had influence on max wavelengh, and three anthronesulphuric acid methods had been obtained.Trehalose all had max absorption peak at 625nm, had linear ration in the range of 10-100μg/mL,had good stability and accuracy by this three methods.
