摘　　要：主要介绍了打瓜子加工工艺、加工成套设备流程、总体方案、关键加工设备的结构和工作原理。该加工设备改变了现有作坊式打瓜子加工方式,自动化程度高,大大提高了生产率,减轻了劳动强度,保证了产品质量。This article mainly introduced the melon seeds processing technics, the whole set of processing equipment flow, the overall plan, the key processing equipment＇s structure, principles and performance parameters. The processing equipment changed the existing workshops - - a melon seeds processing plant, the degree of automation is high, raised the productivity greatly, reduced the labor intensity, has guaranteed the product quality.
