摘　　要：弱视是一种常见的空间视觉发育混乱,其主要的相关危险因素有7周岁前的斜视,屈光参差,视觉剥夺等。立体视觉则是人类后天获得的一种视觉功能,是双眼视功能的最高级形式,同时也是人类从事多种工作及日常生活中必备的一种重要功能。国内外研究表明弱视可不同程度的妨碍立体视觉的形成,故建立完善的立体视觉已成为弱视治疗的最终目标。我们就近年来弱视与立体视觉的研究情况进行综述。Amblyopia is a common developmental disorder of spatial vision, which main associated risk factors are strabismus, anisometropia and visual deprivation before the age of 7 years. However, stereopsis is the acquired and highest visual function of human beings, which is necessary for working people or daily life. Researches at home and abroad suggested that amblyopia could incommode stereopsis in varying degrees. Therefore, the establishment of complete stereopsis has been the ultimate goal of the treatment of amblyopia. We reviewed the researches on amblyopia and stereopsis in recent years.
